Home Workout #8: Cardio Body HiiT By Jason Curlee
Today’s home workout is a cardio body HiiT routine to work on your cardio, your upper body, your core, and a little overall. This is taking it up a step from a beginner routine to a mid-level workout. This is a perfect to do from home or from anywhere.
This routine is gonna challenge you a bit, with 11 exercises, if you are moving up from some of our beginner routines. are perfect if you are short on time and need an intense workout to keep your metabolism roaring. are great because they require minimum equipment and time, while getting you fantastic results.
This cardio body HiiT is perfect to do in the morning to rev up your core before the day even begins. To really maximize the fat-burning effect do this as soon as you can after waking up and then go as long as you can without eating to let your metabolism burn that body fat.
For this workout what you will be doing is a about an 18 minute routine designed to focus on your cardio, your upper body, and your core. You will be doing it for THREE rounds so bring up your intensity with each progressive round. End your last round by giving it your hardest.
You will do each exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds.
To summarize: ELEVEN exercises for THREE sets of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.
